Sales Tax
By law, we are required to charge sales tax for orders shipped within the state of California.

Just Paws Pets only ships products to the contiguous United States. Also, to help prevent fraud, we also only ship to the billing address of the credit card holder.

RETURN POLICY

Return policy
At Just Paws Pets, we want you to be satisifed. If for any reason you are not fully satisifed with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days from the shipping date. We can either exchange the item or approve a refund but unfortunately, shipping and handling is not refundable. Because of the nature of puppies, we can not accept any item that appears to have been used, damaged, or soiled. Just Paws Pets reserves the right to refuse any return at our discretion. Please allow 1-2 business weeks to process your return. Any item purchased online can not be returned to any retail location for a refund. It must be returned to our location.

Sale / Special Order Item Return Policy
All sale and special order items are final and non-refundable.

SHIPPING

We process and ship orders as soon as possible. Some items may require an additional fee due to the weight or size of the item. If that is the case, we will contact you with additional information before sending you the item to confirm the charges.

For most items, they will follow the shipping rate listed below. All shipments are sent through UPS. We currently only ship to the contiguous United States.
